Edition 2025 — Maundy Thursday Sacred Representation
The 2025 edition of the Sacred Representation of the Passion of Christ was held on Thursday, April 17, organized by the Confraternity of Sant'Anna in collaboration with the parish of Sant'Anna. The departure took place at 12:30 PM from the Church of the Carmine (Piazza Carmine), replacing Sant'Anna due to restoration work, with a return scheduled for 7:00 PM.
The procession was divided into the eight traditional groups: the red banner with the initials S.P.Q.R. and the hooded figures; Christ with the apostles and Judas; Christ and Herod; Christ, Caiaphas, and Saint Peter; Christ in white robes; the Ecce Homo with Pilate; Christ carrying the cross; and the crucified Christ. Actor registrations opened on March 10 at the Confraternity's headquarters.
