Edition 2025 — Sabor Latino

In the spring of 2025, Piazza Marsilio Ficino hosted the international street food event by Colleventi, the forerunner to the Sabor Latino format. Four days of food stalls, food trucks, and specialties from around the world—including Latin American cuisines—animated the historic center of Figline e Incisa Valdarno, with openings on Thursday evening and for lunch on subsequent days, with free admission.

In 2025, the historic center of Figline e Incisa Valdarno experienced its spring street food stop in Piazza Marsilio Ficino, organized by Colleventi in collaboration with local entities. The stalls featured international and Latin American specialties—from Argentine meat to South American flavors—accompanied by craft beers and options for every taste.

The event, with free admission, confirmed the vocation of the Figline square as a reference point for gastronomic events in the province of Florence, laying the groundwork for the 2026 edition dedicated entirely to Latin America under the name Sabor Latino.
