The traveling format before Bagheria

Sabor Latino is a traveling event dedicated to South American street food and Latin American culture, which visited several locations in Sicily, bringing gastronomy, music, and celebration to the public squares. The format features stalls with specialties from Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, Cuba, Brazil, Spain, and the Dominican Republic — asado, empanadas, arepas, tacos, and cocktails — accompanied by live music, DJ sets, and Caribbean-rhythm dancing.

Designed for families, young people, and tourists, the festival has always maintained a free admission policy, transforming city centers into open-air Latin American villages. It is this same format that, in March 2026, stopped along Corso Umberto I in Bagheria, in the Metropolitan City of Palermo.
