Sabbia, Suoni e Sapori Festival

2025 Edition

The fifth edition of the Sabbia, Suoni e Sapori festival was held from August 7 to 9, 2025, on the seafront of Lendinuso, a seaside hamlet of Torchiarolo, in the province of Brindisi. For three evenings, the stalls managed by local associations offered the flavors of the Salento tradition: pittule, bruschetta, grilled meats, seafood, and seasonal fruit.

The musical program enlivened each evening with live performances, including the Salento Funk Orchestra and the Macedonia Band, as well as radio-style dance evenings. Accompanying the stroll along the promenade was the usual flea market organized by the PromoSalento association. The event, organized by the Municipal Administration as part of the Estate Torchiarolese, confirmed its role as a popular meeting point for residents and vacationers.
