Edition 2025 — Cresciola Festival
In 2025, the Cresciola Festival animated the hamlet of Sant'Egidio di Montecastrilli in late August: food stalls with cresciola, gnocchi, and pork knuckle, recipes from local housewives, and musical shows every evening, with free admission, in a village festival atmosphere.
The 2025 edition of S. Egidio in Festa - Cresciola Festival confirmed the established formula of the event in the hamlet of Sant'Egidio di Montecastrilli (province of Terni).
The stalls offered the traditional fried cresciola along with gnocchi, pork knuckle, and other specialties of Umbrian cuisine, prepared by the village housewives. Each evening was accompanied by free admission music and shows, in a convivial atmosphere that involved residents and visitors from the area.
