Edition 2025 — Running in Castellina

The 21st edition of Running in Castellina was held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Castellina Marittima (PI), valid as the 8th Mauro Palmieri Trophy and part of the Tuscan Running Circuit. Fabio Ansano won the 9.8 km competitive race, which started and finished at the Municipal Park, in an evening that confirmed the race's strong appeal among Tuscan runners.

The 21st edition of Running in Castellina took place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, organized by Polisportiva Castellina Marittima with ASD Livorno Marathon and the patronage of the Municipality, under the aegis of the UISP.

In the classic 9.8 km competitive race, with start and finish at the Municipal Park, Fabio Ansano (ASD La Chianina) triumphed with a time of 35'36", ahead of Graziano Gigli (GS Lucchese) at 18" and Stefano Meoli (La Galla) at 23". In the women's field, Merylin Mazzotta (Sempredicorsa) won in 39'03". The event also included the non-competitive short route and youth races.
