Run for 2025: Foggia crowns the Italian champions

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the Run for returned to color the streets of Foggia with its third edition, a record-breaking event that exceeded 2,200 registrations. For the first time, the Puglian capital had the prestigious task of awarding the Italian Master Champion title for the 10 km road race.

The race started at 9:00 AM from the portico of the Villa Comunale, winding along a technical course consisting of seventeen curves and eleven straights, ideal for showcasing the speed and endurance of the athletes. Alongside the championship, the Run for TEN (a 10 km non-competitive run) and the Run for FUN (a 5 km walk for inclusion and legality) took place, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Cerbelli Association, which works to raise awareness about neurodiversity. As per tradition, the day opened at 8:30 AM with the flag-raising ceremony featuring soldiers from the Pinerolo Brigade.
