Rulli e Cantine 2025, the eighth edition

The eighth edition of Rulli e Cantine was held on November 7-8, 2025, in the historic center of Santa Rufina, a hamlet of Cittaducale (Rieti). Once again this year, the village came alive with the trail through open cellars and the genuine flavors of Sabina tradition.

The afternoon of Friday, November 7, was dedicated to motor enthusiasts with a vintage motorcycle exhibition, children's entertainment with the Variety Cartoon Show, and a performance by the Shining Stars majorettes of Cittaducale. From 7:30 PM, the cellars opened with the aromas and flavors of local cuisine. Saturday, November 8, offered cultural and commemorative moments, including conferences and tributes dedicated to the history of the Santa Rufina community.

Organized by the Rulli e Cantine Association, the event confirmed its role as the most cherished autumn appointment in the area, capable of uniting gastronomy, art, and community.
