Rubiana Vertical Race

The first edition of the Rubiana Vertical Race took place on May 16, 2025 in Rubiana, in the Susa Valley (Turin), bringing together uphill running specialists for a vertical challenge in the heart of Piedmont. The track of approximately 2.8 kilometers with 550 meters of elevation gain led participants from Piazza Roma to the top of Madonna dell'Arpone, on Mount Arpon, amidst spectacular views of the Susa Valley.

The event, organized by the Sentieri Liberi volunteer group of Rubiana, recorded great enthusiasm in the square before the start and concluded with the awards ceremony upon return to the valley. Included as the third event of the 2025 Valsusa Val Cenischia Circuit, the event laid the foundations to become a fixed appointment in the Piedmontese vertical calendar.
