Edition 2025 — Rovereto Spring Food
In May 2025, the Rovereto Spring Food Festival brought gourmet food trucks from across Italy to the center of Rovereto for four days dedicated to street cuisine. Regional and international street food, craft beer, live concerts, and family spaces enlivened the city's streets and squares, with free admission.
The 2025 edition of the Rovereto Spring Food Festival was held in May in the center of Rovereto, confirming the successful formula that combines curated food trucks, craft beer, and live entertainment.
Organized by the Rovereto Street Food Association, the festival offered four days of regional and international culinary specialties, evening concerts, and activities dedicated to children, with free access to all festival areas.
