Rotzo Potato Festival

The 2025 edition, the 47th, was held in Rotzo from Friday, August 29 to Sunday, August 31. Three days with the food stands taking center stage — Rotzo potato gnocchi and polenta in the spotlight — and a rich program of music, tribute bands, DJ sets, and shows. There was also space for Cimbrian culture with the Tzimbar Maarktele market, for families with children's games, and for peasant memory with the historical exhibition on the Rotzo potato and the display of vintage tractors.

• 6:00 PM — happy hour
• 7:00 PM — opening of food stands
• Evening — live music with the tribute band Senza Filtro, followed by a DJ set

Saturday, August 30, 2025

• Morning — aperitif with music
• 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM — blacksmith show
• Afternoon — magic show
• Evening — tribute band Emilia Rock Stars (homage to Italian rock legends), followed by a DJ set

Sunday, August 31, 2025

• Morning — Cimbrian market Tzimbar Maarktele
• Noon — spritz and lunch at the food stands
• 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM — blacksmith show
• Afternoon — music and entertainment
• Evening — concert by the band Settessotto and DJ set by DJ Bisky to close
