Edition 2025 — Rosengarten Schlern Skymarathon

The 8th edition of the Rosengarten Schlern Skymarathon was held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in Tires al Catinaccio, with over 400 athletes from about twenty nations and perfect weather conditions. Andreas Reiterer and Cristina Salton triumphed on the long course (45 km), while Luca Clara and Severine Petersen won the 36 km race.

Eighth edition: Reiterer and Salton triumph

The 2025 Rosengarten Schlern Skymarathon was run on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in Tires al Catinaccio, South Tyrol, with over 400 athletes from about 20 nations and ideal weather conditions. In the flagship 45 km race with approximately 3000 m of elevation gain, Andreas Reiterer (La Sportiva) won in 4:49:48, ahead of Germans Toni Seewald and Stefan Lämmle; among the women, success went to Cristina Salton in 6:36:12, followed by Jessica Koch and Christina Erdbrink.

On the 36 km distance, Luca Clara (Martini Speed Team) won in 3:36:28, ahead of Simon Eisele and Enrico Bonati, and Severine Petersen (Team Mammut) in 4:22:40, ahead of Clara Carste and Nora Corazza. An edition without major injuries, in the usual setting of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites between Catinaccio and Sciliar.
