Rose Festival

The 2025 Rose Festival brought four days of celebration to Trevozzo, a hamlet of Alta Val Tidone (PC), between late May and June 2, in the renovated Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII.

The musical program offered various performances: an exhibition by the Valtidone music school, a concert by The Tinnitus with a DJ set by Polini and Lelluzzo on Friday, ballroom dancing evenings with the Monti Orchestra and Giorgio Villani, accordion performances by Luca and Matteo Monti, and a closing dancing evening with the Paolo Bertoli Orchestra. On Sunday, the tradition of distributing a rose to all women was renewed. Piacenza cuisine was ever-present with tortelli, pisarei e fasò, cured meats, coppa, salami, pancetta, skewers, salamelle, tagliata, and the traditional Torta delle Rose.
