Rose e Rosati

The 2025 edition of Rose e Rosati brought a long weekend to Ruvo di Puglia, from May 16 to 18, dedicated to flowers and local rosé wines. Gastronomic and floral stands came to life in Piazza Matteotti, while the conference on the rose supply chain was held at Palazzo Caputi.

Among the most appreciated moments were the Masterclass led by Carmine Galasso, Best Sommelier of Puglia 2023, in the Corte del Castello Melodia, and the show cooking by personal chef Rosa Surico. Sunday was dedicated to discovering the Tecnoflor and Florpagano nurseries, with tastings of local products. There was no shortage of guided tours to the city's treasures: the Cathedral, the Hypogeum of San Cleto, the famous Jatta Museum, the Museum of Ancient Arts and Crafts, Palazzo Camerino, Palazzo Spada, and the Clock Tower.
