Roma Mineral Show 2025: The 45th Edition

The 45th edition of the Roma Mineral Show took place on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the Ergife Palace Hotel in Rome, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with free admission. Across a surface area of 3,000 square meters, exhibitors from various countries presented minerals, gems, fossils, and shells.

The program included a series of lectures: on Saturday, topics included quartzites, the art of stones, and the secrets of geology; on Sunday, the focus was on minerals of Calabria and Italian geothermal energy. The educational workshops by the Earth Science Departments of Sapienza and Roma Tre universities ran continuously, with activities dedicated to children throughout the day. The event, organized by the Gruppo Mineralogico Romano APS with the patronage of the City of Rome and ISPRA, confirmed its role as a reference point for natural history collecting in Lazio and central-southern Italy.
