Edition 2025 — Roma Brit Fest

The first edition of Roma Brit Fest took place from October 2 to 5, 2025, at the Città dell'Altra Economia in Testaccio, Rome. Four days of free admission dedicated to British culture: rock and britpop concerts and DJ sets, tribute bands for Oasis, The Beatles, Coldplay, and Depeche Mode, English street food with fish & chips and meat pies, British draft beers, and gin and whisky masterclasses.

The first edition of Roma Brit Fest

From October 2 to 5, 2025, the Città dell'Altra Economia, in the Testaccio district of Rome, hosted the first edition of Roma Brit Fest, the festival dedicated to UK culture. Four days of free admission featuring live music, gastronomy, and British style, open Thursday and Friday from 6 PM and on the weekend from 12 PM.

The musical program alternated between concerts and DJ sets: on Thursday, the tribute band Supersonic paid homage to Oasis; Friday featured the Beatleg with the Beatles' repertoire; Saturday saw iColdplay performing Coldplay's hits; and Sunday, Excter closed the event with Depeche Mode. There were also britpop-themed DJ sets and screenings of English football matches.

The gastronomic offer brought English street food to the table — fish & chips, meat pies, and burgers — accompanied by British draft beers, while gin and whisky masterclasses explored the art of cross-Channel distillation. To complete the experience, there were markets and UK pop culture stands.

Programme

Thursday, October 2: opening at 6 PM, live performance by Supersonic (Oasis tribute) and britpop DJ set. Friday, October 3: from 6 PM, Beatleg tribute (The Beatles) and DJ set, with a gin masterclass in the afternoon. Saturday, October 4: from 12 PM, iColdplay tribute (Coldplay), DJ set, and gin masterclass. Sunday, October 5: from 12 PM, Excter tribute (Depeche Mode). Every day: English street food, draft beers, markets, and football match screenings.
