Edition 2025 — Roma Bar Show

The 2025 edition of the Roma Bar Show took place on May 26-27 at the Palazzo dei Congressi in the EUR district of Rome, celebrating the event's fifth anniversary. Spanning three floors and approximately 10,000 square meters, the fair brought together hundreds of brands, over one hundred international guests, and thousands of visitors for masterclasses, seminars, tastings, and the final of the Roma Bar Show Awards.

Roma Bar Show 2025: five years of mixology

The Roma Bar Show 2025 animated the Palazzo dei Congressi in the EUR district on May 26-27, celebrating the fifth anniversary of the event. Across approximately 10,000 square meters distributed over three levels, from the monumental square to the terrace, nearly two hundred exhibiting companies showcased their products alongside a packed RBS Educational Program of free seminars and masterclasses.

The BlueBlazer Talk Arena hosted conferences and in-depth discussions with major industry names, while the final of the Roma Bar Show Awards, featuring seven categories dedicated to the best Italian bars and bartenders, was one of the most anticipated moments. The edition also launched the first international Buyers Program, bringing dozens of buyers from all over the world to Rome.
