Edition 2025 — Rodeo Pentro
In summer 2025, Montenero Val Cocchiara renewed the Rodeo Pentro in the Pantano area, with the taming of wild foals, bareback riding competitions, and tasting of local products, attracting thousands of visitors.
The Rodeo Pentro 2025 confirmed one of the most original events in Molise in Montenero Val Cocchiara. In the Pantano, the kingdom of the wild Pentro horse, riders competed in taming wild foals and in bareback riding competitions in the Western style, drawing thousands of spectators. The tasting of typical products from Alto Molise completed the day, organized under the patronage of the Molise Region and the Province of Isernia.
