Edition 2025 — Roccascalegna Christmas Markets

The 2025 edition of the Roccascalegna Christmas Markets took place over two weekends: Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30, and then December 6, 7, and 8, 2025, opening from 10:00 AM. The market route wound from Piazza Municipio to the old rectory, at the foot of the Castle of Roccascalegna, featuring artisan stalls, local products, street food, and entertainment.

Roccascalegna Christmas Markets 2025

The 2025 edition was held in the medieval village of Roccascalegna, in the province of Chieti, on November 29 and 30 and December 6, 7, and 8, 2025, with stands opening from 10:00 AM. Along the streets of the historic center, from Piazza Municipio to the old rectory, there were stalls for artistic crafts, local products, and street food.

The program included free concerts, roaming performances, bagpipers, the Santa Claus Band, shows, and creative workshops for children. The Castle of Roccascalegna remained open with extended evening hours, with admission at 4 euros (reduced to 3 euros with a guided tour), offering visitors an evocative setting above the festively illuminated village.
