Rivivere San Giorgio — Festival in the Hamlet

Rivivere San Giorgio is the festival that each year, on the occasion of the patron saint's day, enlivens the Ancient Hamlet of San Giorgio in Lurago Marinone, in the province of Como. In 2025 too, the hamlet relived the atmospheres of the past with the re-enactment of ancient crafts, tastings of typical valley products, the community lunch "Il cortile a tavola...", and games for children and adults. For the entire day, the Church of San Giorgio and the museum dedicated to past peasant life remained open. The event, organised by Gruppo Ricordi, the Municipality, and the Pro Loco, confirmed the community's strong bond with its memory and traditions.
