Edition 2025 — Ritten Concerts

During the summer of 2025, the six brass bands of the Ritten enlivened the plateau's evenings with a series of free concerts in the village squares and greens. From July to September, marches, polkas, and modern tunes accompanied residents and guests across Klobenstein, Oberbozen, Wangen, Oberinn, Unterinn, and Lengstein, confirming a band tradition deeply rooted in the South Tyrolean community.

The 2025 edition of the Ritten Concerts featured the traditional summer musical itinerary through the villages of the Ritten/Renon plateau, above Bolzano. The six local Musikkapellen took turns performing in open-air evening concerts, each in their own village, offering the public a repertoire of marches, polkas, and modern melodies.

The series, with free admission, reaffirmed the role of brass bands as the heart of the cultural life of the Ritten villages, capable of preserving traditions and bringing communities together on summer evenings, in an Alpine setting accessible from Bolzano via the Ritten cable car and railway.
