Edition 2025 — Risotto Festival of Pescate
The 2025 edition of the Risotto Festival of Pescate took place on the last weekend of August at Parco Le Torrette, featuring perch risotto, lake specialties, and organized by the Pescate Alpini Group.
In 2025, the Risotto Festival of Pescate enlivened Parco Le Torrette, on the lakefront, on the last weekend of August. The Pescate Alpini Group presented the menu that characterizes the event: perch risotto, the signature dish of Larian cuisine, radicchio risotto, missoltini, sausages, grilled vegetables, and platters of cured meats and cheeses. A gathering of good food and conviviality by the shores of Lake Lecco.
