Edition 2025 — Risotto & Pizzoccheri Festival
In 2025, the Risotto and Pizzoccheri Festival also kicked off the festival season in Cassano Magnago, featuring the great classics of Northern Italy — pizzoccheri and risottos — accompanied by music and dancing, in the Festa Area on Via Primo Maggio. Three days of traditional Lombard and Valtellina cuisine attracted families and gourmets to inaugurate the Varese area's gastronomic event calendar.
The 2025 edition of the Risotto and Pizzoccheri Festival launched the season of themed festivals in Cassano Magnago. Valtellina pizzoccheri and traditional risottos, along with Lombard cuisine dishes, accompanied three days of celebration with karaoke, DJ sets, and ballroom dancing, confirming the strong appeal of the gastronomic events at the Festa Area on Via Primo Maggio in the Varese region.
