Edition 2025 — Ris e Vin

The third edition of Ris e Vin was held in Trino on May 17-18, 2025, in the gardens of Palazzo Paleologo. A weekend dedicated to traditional risottos and Piedmontese wines, featuring tastings, apericena, live music, and an art exhibition. The edition coincided with the 20th anniversary of the "Sergio Ronco" hotel management school in Trino, a partner of the event alongside the AOCT.

The third edition of Ris e Vin took place in Trino on May 17-18, 2025, in the evocative setting of the Palazzo Paleologo gardens. Saturday, from 6:00 PM, stands opened with apericena, tastings, and a musical tribute to the Beatles; Sunday, from 3:00 PM, featured DJ sets and live violin music. Among the novelties of the edition were the "Time to Be" art exhibition curated by Paolo Bellon and a dedicated children's play area. The event, promoted by the AOCT in collaboration with the Amici Robellesi Association and the "Sergio Ronco" hotel school, celebrated the school's 20th anniversary, involving students, producers, and visitors in a journey between tradition and the future.
