Riposto Fish Festival

17th Fish Festival — August 19-21, 2025

The seventeenth edition of the Fish Festival in Riposto (Catania) was held from August 19 to 21, 2025, in the evocative Piazza del Commercio, the historic heart of the Riposto marina. The edition confirmed the festival's vocation: to enhance the catch of the Ionian Riviera, with a particular focus on bluefish, through an event that expresses the unique character of the entire Riposto territory.

The three days offered gastronomic tastings, numerous side initiatives related to the sea, sports exhibitions, and plenty of great music to listen to under the stars. Among the folk reviews celebrating Sicilian culture, the Eustachio Barrel Palio stood out. The event, dedicated since 2008 to the memory of Enzo Lipari, was organized by the Effatà Cultural Association with the patronage of the Municipality of Riposto.
