Edition 2025 — Tuglie Rioni Palio

In the summer of 2025, the Rioni Gastronomic Palio returned to Tuglie, in Piazza Garibaldi, confirming the late July appointment. The town's six historic districts - Aragona, Piazza, Longa, Mazzuchi, Montegrappa, and Termiti - competed that year as well with full menus built around the secret ingredient chosen by the jury, amidst tastings, music, and neighborhood cheering.

The 2025 edition of the Rioni Gastronomic Palio took place in late July in Piazza Garibaldi, in the center of Tuglie (Province of Lecce), confirming the formula that has made the event one of the most awaited summer appointments in the Salento town.

The six districts - Aragona, Piazza, Longa, Mazzuchi, Montegrappa, and Termiti - competed with their own full menus, designed around a secret ingredient and prepared by the district teams. The evening, organized by the "Amici della Biblioteca" association, combined traditional cuisine, performances, and conviviality, reaffirming the community value of an event capable of rediscovering the historical and cultural roots of Tuglie.
