Rifugio Lago Verde Alpine Race

The 2025 edition of the Rifugio Lago Verde Alpine Race was held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, in Ghigo di Prali, in the upper Val Germanasca (Turin), on the same challenging 31 km route with 2,100 m of elevation gain that leads up to the Rifugio Lago Verde, over 2,500 meters in altitude. The day saw the participation of athletes of all ages, thanks to the introduction of the Mini Race reserved for children aged 6 to 14, with on-site registration for €5.00. Along the route, volunteers staffed the aid stations, and the organization relaunched the "I don't throw my trash" environmental campaign. The race pack, featuring a backpack signed by Bottero Ski, was guaranteed to the first 150 registrants. A heartfelt thank you went to C.A.I. Val Germanasca, the Rifugio Lago Verde, and the local authorities who made the event possible.
