Edition 2025 — Reggae Italian Festival

In the summer of 2025, the open-air spaces of Testaccio and Centocelle once again provided the backdrop for the Roman reggae culture promoted by the Arci Rising Love club, the heart of the RIF - Reggae Italian Festival. Evenings of reggae, dancehall, and dub, featuring live concerts, DJ sets, and sound systems, animated the Città dell'Altra Economia, confirming Rome as one of the Italian capitals of reggae.

The RIF - Reggae Italian Festival has deep roots in the long reggae tradition of the Arci Rising Love club, a historic reference point for the reggae scene in Rome. The evenings took place between the Città dell'Altra Economia in Testaccio and the former Centocelle Airport, in the Municipality of Rome, in the Lazio region.

The format combined live concerts, DJ sets, and sound systems with a backdrop of street art, street food, and solidarity initiatives, in an atmosphere of popular and accessible celebration. An event that has helped keep the passion for reggae, dancehall, and dub alive in the Capital.
