The 44th Ricotta Festival (2025)

The 44th edition of the Ricotta Festival took place on May 1st, 2025, at the Villa Comunale in Solarino, confirming the success of one of the most beloved events in the province of Syracuse. The day opened with a performance by the Majorette Twirling Solarino group, followed by a packed program of live music, performances, and tastings.

Various artists and musical groups took to the stage, including Stranìa, The Daltons Country Rock Band, Once a Week, and Arianna Paci. Alongside the music, the festival offered the traditional breakfast with warm ricotta, food and wine stalls with local products, entertainment and games for children, a scout demonstration camp, and moments of reflection on the theme of work for Labor Day. Artistic initiatives were also present, with safety-themed works created by the Associazione Halim Moses and Monica Italia. The event was organized by the Municipality of Solarino together with the Pro Loco Solarino.
