Edition 2025 — Ricotta Festival
The 19th edition (October 10, 2025)
On Friday, October 10, 2025, from 9:00 PM, the courtyard of the former San Domenico Convent in Mazzarino hosted the 19th edition of the Ricotta Festival. Local shepherds heated milk and prepared warm ricotta and tuma on-site, offered for tasting, all accompanied by musical entertainment. The event was organized by the festival committee with the participation of local shepherds.
The festival was part of the celebrations in honor of the Madonna del Rosario, the patron saint of shepherds: on Saturday evening, at the Mother Church, a musical show dedicated to Nino D'Angelo was held, while on Sunday evening, the procession of the statue of the Madonna del Rosario took place through the streets of the city, carried on the shoulders by the shepherds.

- 9:00 PM — Courtyard of the former San Domenico Convent: live preparation and tasting of warm ricotta and tuma by local shepherds, with musical entertainment
