Edition 2025 — Ricette e Sinfonie

In 2025, the Scavalcamontagne Company was on the road from June 12 to September 7, walking through the squares of many small Italian villages with six musical shows, including the beloved "Ricette e Sinfonie". A season that confirmed the artist-hiker formula, capable of bringing opera, theatre, and live music to places far from major cultural circuits.

The 2025 Scavalcamontagne tour took place from June 12 to September 7, visiting numerous villages and squares between Piedmont and other regions of Italy. The program included six musical shows: "Un Gala di Operette", "Se mi lanci non vale", "Ricette e Sinfonie", "Summertime", and the new productions "Alzati e Cammina" and "Ok il Pezzo è Giusto".

In 2025, "Ricette e Sinfonie"—freely adapted from Manuel Vázquez Montalbán's "Immoral Recipes"—once again combined opera arias, piano, and comedic storytelling about the relationship between food and eros, maintaining the free-admission formula with voluntary donations that has characterized the project since its inception in 2020.
