Edition 2025 — Ribollita Festival

The thirteenth edition of the Ribollita Festival took place in Ribolla from Friday, July 18th to Sunday, July 20th, 2025, at the Piazzale della Paga. The food stalls, open every evening from 7:30 PM, served ribollita prepared according to the historic local recipe and tortelli with meat sauce, boscaiola sauce, or butter and sage, accompanied by live music and dancing.

The 2025 edition of the Ribollita Festival in Ribolla (Municipality of Roccastrada, Province of Grosseto) was held from July 18th to 20th at the Piazzale della Paga, marking its thirteenth year.

Every evening, starting from 7:30 PM, the food stalls managed by the Ribolla Festival Committee served ribollita according to the historic local recipe, along with tortelli with meat sauce, boscaiola sauce, or butter and sage, and other traditional Tuscan specialties. The evenings were enlivened by live music and dancing, confirming the popular and convivial nature of the festival.
