The 2025 edition
The 3rd edition of the Ribolla Gialla Wine Festival took place from May 31 to June 2, 2025, in the historic center of San Vito al Tagliamento. The event featured twelve food and wine stalls with over forty events, inaugurated on May 31 with the conference 'Sustainability in Viticulture – The Example of the Laudato si' Vineyard'.
Among the most popular events were the masterclasses dedicated to Ribolla Gialla — from the Italy-Slovenia tasting to the art of bubbles — and the Selection, which compared 58 wines in four categories (dry still, macerated, Charmat sparkling, and Classic Method). Under the Loggia Comunale, the Enoteca FVG showcased selected wines, in an edition that saw a large turnout in the city's squares.
