Edition 2025 — RHS

In 2025, RHS presented itself in the special "RHS Special" format, held from March 2 to 5 at SiciliaFiera (Misterbianco, Catania), with hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The edition focused on a renewed format dedicated in particular to the gelato, pastry, coffee, and bakery sectors, confirming RHS as a benchmark for the Ho.Re.Ca. industry in Southern Italy.

RHS Special 2025

The 2025 edition of Ristora Hotel Sicilia adopted the "RHS Special" formula, scheduled from March 2 to 5, 2025 at SiciliaFiera, Misterbianco (Catania), with continuous hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

The new format focused on some of the main foodservice sectors — gelato, pastry, coffee, and bakery — renewing an event that has been a reference point for hospitality operators in Sicily, Calabria, Malta, and the entire South of Italy for over twenty years. The fair attracted exhibitors and professional visitors from across the Mediterranean basin.
