Resistance Walk

The 2025 edition of the Resistance Walk was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Calosso, in the Province of Asti, on the 80th anniversary of the Liberation of April 1945. The meeting was set for 11:00 AM in Piazza Sant'Alessandro, with a guided tour and, in case of bad weather, an alternative visit to the "Memoria di futuro" museum space.

In the afternoon, at 3:00 PM, the six-kilometer walk towards the Crevacuore viewpoint began, with stops and readings on the liberation struggle. Upon returning to the Don Monticone Hall, documentary filmmaker Remo Schellino presented the film "Stare al mondo per scelta o per destino". The initiative, which was free to attend, was organized by the Pro Loco of Calosso, Amici di Calosso, the municipal library, and the ANPI of Costigliole d'Asti, with the Municipality of Calosso.

• 11:00 AM — Meeting in Piazza Sant'Alessandro and guided tour (or, in case of uncertain weather, visit to the "Memoria di futuro" museum space with the curator).
• Lunch break with the possibility of dining at local establishments by reservation.
• 3:00 PM — Resistance walk of about six kilometers towards Bricco Crevacuore, with stops for readings dedicated to the liberation struggle and a commemorative ceremony.
• 5:00 PM approx. — Presentation of the documentary "Stare al mondo per scelta o per destino" with director Remo Schellino.
