Renato Fiumicelli Dance Competition Festival

In 2025, the 'Renato Fiumicelli' Dance Competition Festival celebrated its 42nd edition in Gubbio, on the stage of the Luca Ronconi Municipal Theatre. As per tradition, hundreds of dancers from all over Italy competed in the various sections — from classical to contemporary, from urban to hip hop, including character dances — before juries composed of industry professionals.

The competition, organized by the Gubbio City Dance School, reaffirmed its educational mission, offering participants masterclasses and moments of exchange with prominent figures in the dance world. For a weekend, the historic center of Gubbio, in the province of Perugia, came alive with schools, teachers, and families.
