Edition 2025 — Recovery Festival Don Bosco

From December 12 to 14, 2025, the Recovery Festival enlivened Piazza San Giovanni Bosco, in Rome's Municipality VII, with three free evenings of music, comedy, and archaeology. Each day opened at 5:00 PM with sessions and screenings on restored archaeological heritage, followed by satire and concerts in the evening, hosted by Rossella Brescia.

Recovery Festival 2025 at Piazza Don Bosco

The third edition of the Recovery Festival brought three free evenings to Piazza San Giovanni Bosco, in Rome's Municipality VII, from December 12 to 14, 2025, following the first weekend hosted in Ostia. Each afternoon, starting at 5:00 PM, meetings with archaeologists and screenings told the story of the restorations funded by the PNRR Caput Mundi, followed by comedy shows and evening concerts. The event was hosted by Rossella Brescia, with free admission for all evenings.

Renowned names from Italian music and entertainment took to the stage, featuring vocal harmonies, singer-songwriters, satire, and dance music, in a festive atmosphere that involved the entire Don Bosco district in the heart of Lazio.

Programme

Friday, December 12: 5:00 PM archaeological sessions with screenings; 5:30 PM Francesca Reggiani (satire); 6:30 PM concert by Neri per Caso, timeless vocal harmonies. Saturday, December 13: archaeological talk; Alessandro Di Carlo (comedy); evening concert by Michele Zarrillo. Sunday, December 14: meeting with archaeologists; Fabrizio Nardi/Pablo (irony); G. Di Lella Big Orchestra with the show '70s The Dance Era', dedicated to 70s disco music. Hosted by Rossella Brescia.
