Edition 2025 — Re Stelvio Mapei
The 2025 edition of Re Stelvio Mapei, the fortieth, re-enacted the historic climb from Bormio to Stelvio Pass for cyclists and runners, with thousands of participants competing on one of the toughest and most famous climbs in the Alps.
Re Stelvio Mapei is the historic sporting event that climbs from Bormio (SO) up to Stelvio Pass. The 2025 edition, the fortieth, confirmed the format that combines a cycling granfondo and an uphill running race on the same route, attracting thousands of amateur and professional athletes.
The setting of the Stelvio National Park and the legendary hairpin bends made the 2025 edition another challenging and evocative test, true to the event's long tradition.
