Edition 2025 — Last Journey of Saint Amato

In 2025, Saludecio also dedicated moments of walking and celebration to Saint Amato Ronconi, patron saint of the town and the Valconca region, as part of the devotion to the patron saint and in preparation for the major celebrations of the VIII Centenary of the saint's birth. The initiatives highlighted the commemorative pilgrimage in the footsteps of Amato Ronconi, the first saint of the Diocese of Rimini, combining Franciscan spirituality and the hilly landscape of Romagna.

The 2025 Edition

In 2025, the village of Saludecio, in the province of Rimini, continued the tradition of walks and celebrations dedicated to Saint Amato Ronconi, patron saint of the town and the Valconca region. The initiatives, part of the lead-up to the VIII Centenary of the saint's birth, re-proposed the spirit of the commemorative pilgrimage, inviting faithful and walkers to tread the paths linked to the saint's figure.

Amato Ronconi, a pilgrim to Santiago de Compostela and founder of a hospice for travelers, remains at the heart of Saludecio's religious and cultural identity: the 2025 initiatives renewed this memory, intertwining faith, hospitality, and the enhancement of the hilly territory of Valconca.
