Edition 2025 — Raviolo Festival

The 2025 edition marked the return of the Raviolo Festival to San Cipriano Picentino after about ten years of absence: four days, from Thursday, August 28 to Sunday, August 31, in Piazza Umberto I. The eleventh edition coincided with the fortieth anniversary of the Pro Loco and brought back the local ravioli, village food stalls, and Campanian folk music.

The return of the eleventh edition

After a decade-long hiatus, the Raviolo Festival returned to San Cipriano Picentino from August 28 to 31, 2025, in Piazza Umberto I, with stalls opening in the evening. The event, the eleventh in its history, fell during the fortieth anniversary year of the Pro Loco San Cipriano Picentino, which oversaw its organization.

At the table and on stage

The menu focused on the local raviolo in several variations, accompanied by panini, fried snacks, desserts, and drinks, with a certified gluten-free menu and lactose-free options. The four evenings were accompanied by live music, with Paranza Picentina, Sette Bocche, I Picarielli, and the Caffeina Band alternating on the square's stage with tammurriate, folk dance, and festive repertoire.

The public response, including visitors from neighboring towns in the Picentini Mountains, confirmed the event's status as a key late-summer appointment in the province of Salerno.
