Ravanusa Historical Carnival

The 37th edition of the Ravanusa Historical Carnival took place in Ravanusa, in the province of Agrigento, concluding on March 4, 2025. In 2025, the event once again confirmed its place among the Historical Carnivals recognized by the Ministry of Culture.

The program included the Children's Carnival in Piazza 1 Maggio, with entertainment, rides, and inflatables, the gathering of allegorical floats and costumed groups on Via Almirante, and the parade through the city streets. In the evening, Brazilian dancers performed on Corso della Repubblica, followed by the awards ceremony for the winners. The floats, created by young master artisans, developed satirical themes related to politics and social issues, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
