Edition 2025 — Rassegna dell'Asparago Bianco

The 2025 edition of the Gastronomic Review of Asparago Bianco di Bassano DOP involved restaurants in the area in a season of dedicated menus and gala dinners. Promoted by the Gruppo Ristoratori Bassanesi of Confcommercio, it celebrated the iconic vegetable of the Vicenza foothills with traditional and author reinterpretations.

In 2025, the Rassegna dell'Asparago Bianco di Bassano DOP confirmed its formula: from spring to early summer, the restaurants of Bassano del Grappa and the surrounding area offered menus dedicated to white gold, with gala dinners where chefs highlighted the vegetable alongside local excellences.

Promoted by the Gruppo Ristoratori Bassanesi of Confcommercio, the event attracted enthusiasts and tourists, blending local cuisine with the discovery of the city of the Ponte degli Alpini.
