Edition 2025 — Raskatielli di Miskiglio

The 45th edition of the Raskatielli di Miskiglio Festival took place on August 18, 2025, in Fardella with great participation: around 3,000 plates served, very popular fresh pasta workshops, and an evening of folk music with Agostino Gerardi and Musicamanovella, preceded by the eve of "fried raskatielli."

The 45th edition of the Raskatielli di Miskiglio Festival animated Fardella on August 18, 2025, with extraordinary success, despite bad weather. In the afternoon, the fresh pasta workshops attracted adults and children, curious to discover the secrets of Fardella's gastronomic tradition, while approximately 3,000 plates of raskatielli were served at the stands. The festival, preceded on August 17th by the "fried raskatielli" evening on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, concluded with folk music by Agostino Gerardi and Musicamanovella.
