Edition 2025 — Ranpussolo and surroundings

In the winter of 2025, the Ranpussolo and surroundings review again brought the De.Co. raperonzolo of the Berici Hills to the tables of restaurants in Villaga and its surroundings, with dedicated menus and special events, enhancing an iconic product of Vicenza's peasant tradition.

The 2025 edition of Ranpussolo and surroundings animated the winter months in the restaurants of Villaga and the Berici area, with menus entirely dedicated to ranpussolo, the De.Co. raperonzolo of the Berici Hills. Featuring sauces, risottos, side dishes, and the signature dish of grilled salami with ranpussolo salad, the review promoted by the Restaurateurs of Confcommercio Vicenza offered a rediscovery of an excellence of peasant tradition.
