Rametta Festival

The first 2025 edition

On October 18 and 19, 2025, Nissoria hosted the first edition of the Rametta Festival, dedicated to the village's signature pastry. The event, organized by the Municipal Administration together with the San Giuseppe Senior Day Center and local volunteers, with the support of the Rocca di Cerere Geopark, transformed the historic center into a celebration of flavors and traditions.

Highlights included: tastings of ricotta, honey, mulled wine, olive oil, sausage, and bread, exhibitions and educational workshops on crafts, children's entertainment with inflatables and cosplay, show cooking, folk groups, marching bands, and concerts in the square. The parade of the Rocca di Sarro historical pageant was particularly appreciated. Mayor Colianni emphasized how the typical Nissoria pastry has become the star of an event destined to be repeated every year.
