Raiano Philosophy Festival

4th edition — "Towards truth with justice"

The fourth edition of the Raiano Philosophy Festival was held from September 4 to 6, 2025, at the "Giuseppe Arquilla" Multipurpose Hall. It was organized by the Circolo Culturale Crociano, chaired by Giuliano Commito, with the patronage of the Municipality of Raiano, led by Mayor Marco Moca. The chosen theme was "Towards truth with justice. On the paths of freedom."

The opening day, Thursday, September 4, hosted the forum "Man between truth and freedom," featuring psychologists and sociologists introduced by Anna Grazia Ruscitti. On Friday, September 5, the reflection focused on "Freedom and Justice in History," with an evening screening of the film "Un Natale in casa Croce" by Pupi Avati. The closing day on Saturday, September 6, brought together scholars such as philosophers Diego Fusaro, Giovanni Giorgini, and Flavio Felice, alongside professors from the Universities of L'Aquila and "G. d'Annunzio." With over four hundred attendees, this edition confirmed the festival as one of the most followed cultural events in the Peligna Valley.

Thursday, September 4

Friday, September 5

• Day dedicated to "Freedom and Justice in History," with university professors.
• 21:15 — Screening of the film "Un Natale in casa Croce" by Pupi Avati.

Saturday, September 6

• Concluding philosophical reflections with Diego Fusaro, Giovanni Giorgini, and Flavio Felice, alongside professors from the Universities of L'Aquila and "G. d'Annunzio".
