Raggiolo Transhumance Festival

2025 Edition

On Sunday, June 15, 2025, the village of Raggiolo, in the municipality of Ortignano Raggiolo (AR), celebrated the Transhumance Festival as part of the Festasaggia calendar, a project promoted in the Casentino through the Ecomuseum and the Casentinesi Forests National Park.

The morning was marked by the arrival in the square at 11:00 AM of the Cavalcanti della Tradizione group, preceded by the setup of the market with typical products from local farms and the opening of visits to the Ecomuseum of the Chestnut and Transhumance. At noon, the "Pratomagno Passport" project was inaugurated, featuring a treasure hunt to help children discover the area. The day, with free admission, was organized by La Brigata di Raggiolo in collaboration with the Municipality of Ortignano Raggiolo and the Casentino Ecomuseum.
