Edition 2025 — Quart Formage Festival
In summer 2025, the Quart Formage Festival renewed its celebration of Valdostan cheeses, with a tasting itinerary through the municipality's hamlets. Fontina DOP, Fromadzo, cheeses from Gressoney and Ourty, paired with local wines, guided participants in discovering the best of the Aosta Valley's cheese-making tradition.
The Quart Formage Festival 2025 reaffirmed its role as a grand celebration of Valdostan cheeses in Quart, just outside Aosta. The gastronomic itinerary through the municipality's hamlets offered tastings of the Valley's finest dairy products—from Fontina DOP to Fromadzo, including alpine cheeses—paired with the region's mountain wines, from Petite Arvine to Cornalin. A journey of taste and landscape organized by the Pro Loco of Quart, in the shadow of the medieval castle.
