Edition 2025 — Pumpkin Festival

The 42nd Pumpkin and Chestnut Festival in Agra took place in October 2025, with the usual pumpkin tortelli, roasted chestnuts, the large market, and festive historic courtyards, on the natural balcony of Lake Maggiore.

The 2025 edition, the 42nd, renewed in Agra, Province of Varese, the tradition of the most beloved autumn festival in the area. The historic centre came alive with food stalls featuring pumpkin and chestnuts, the market with over a hundred stalls, giant pumpkins, and historic courtyards open with artists and painters. Organised by Pro Loco Agra together with the Alpini and local associations, the event attracted visitors from all over the Varese area, confirming itself as an unmissable autumn event in Lombardy.
