Puglia Showcase 2025 in the Valle d'Itria
The 2025 edition of the showcase for contemporary theatre and dance made in Puglia was held from July 2nd to 5th in three iconic locations of the Valle d'Itria: the Teatro Comunale Paolo Grassi in Cisternino, the Teatro Verdi in Martina Franca, and the evocative residence among the trulli of Carlo Formigoni in Ostuni.
The program brought together twelve theatre and dance performances by eleven Apulian companies, accompanied by forums, live concerts, food and wine moments, an observatory dedicated to new generations, as well as radio and podcasts with interviews and in-depth reports. The edition was dedicated to Carlo Formigoni, a pioneer and master of youth theatre and theatrical pedagogy. In 2025, the event, promoted by the Puglia Region and produced by Puglia Culture, attracted numerous Italian and international cultural professionals, confirming itself as one of the main live performance showcases in Southern Italy.
